  • 2. Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 Days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Refund Process

  • 1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
  • 2. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • 3. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
